Associated Broadcasting Company (TV5) is a major commercial television network in the Philippines solely owned by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company headed by business tycoon Manuel V. Pangilinan. Its parent company, the Associated Broadcasting Company, also owns and operates other media properties, including the news channel AksyonTV, and news radio station DWFM in Quezon City.
